Dan Waites

Dan Waites is the creator and host of World Astrology Report. Dan was born in Durham, England. He has spent two decades exploring the world as a writer, humanitarian worker and communications professional. His experiences in places like Thailand and Papua New Guinea opened his mind to the magical dimensions of life on this planet and ultimately led him to astrology.

After training as an astrologer, he felt there were unexplored possibilities in the world of astrology video content, and in July 2022 he launched World Astrology Report. The channel aims to help viewers understand our ever-evolving current moment and where things might be heading by analysing history, current events and planetary cycles.

Dan studied astrology with some of the contemporary scene’s leading lights, including Adam Elenbaas, Chris Brennan, Christopher Warnock, Patrick Watson and Mychal Bryan. The major influences on his world astrology practice are Richard Tarnas and André Barbault.
